Hear from our residents and their families

The service and information provided and presented by the manager and the team have been first-class. I was anxious as to how Mum would settle, however, Braintree Mews has gone above and beyond to make the move as smooth as possible. My mum appears to have settled very well due to the excellent care provided.

The family had lunch at the Mews today. The private dining room is beautiful. Food was exceptional and portions were plentiful. Well done to whoever was the chef today. After lunch, we went into the lounge and joined a few more residents for a lovely afternoon. The Mews is such a friendly place. It isn’t like a care home. Couldn’t ask for better care for Mum.
