Ensuring the best available care

You’re in good hands at an Artisan care home. Every member of our care staff is trained, ranging from nursing qualifications to health and social care, and NVQs. What’s more they undergo our bespoke training courses that make sure that our team all know how to maintain our high standards of care.

  • Residential care (Long-term care for those who need more support.)
  • Memory care (24/7 care for those with various types of dementia.)
  • Respite care (Short-term care, often just for a few weeks.)

Our step by step process

  • Step one

    Speak to our team

Book your call with our team, or call the home you are interested in directly. You’ll speak with our care team, who will just ask for a few basic details: who the placement is for and when they may need to move in. We’re used to quick turnarounds, or answering your questions whilst you’re researching. We’ll invite you over for a cup of tea and a piece of cake so that we can show you around and have a proper chat.

Arrange a no-obligation call to discuss your needs

  • Step two

    Arrange a care home visit

You’ll come to the care home you’re looking into, where you’ll be able to meet the manager, the care home staff, and often speak with a resident. We like to invite you and your family for a coffee and lunch, so that everyone can be part of the decision. That way, you can really get a feel for what life is like at an Artisan care home.

  • Step three

    Care home assessment of needs

If you decide that you’d like to go ahead with a placement at the care home, we’ll arrange a care home assessment. Sometimes, this can happen on the same day as the visit, and at other times we’ll come to you, either at home or in hospital. It’s an informal assessment to understand the medical, care, and mobility needs of our future resident to make sure we can meet them properly.

    We have care homes in…

Our locations span the Midlands and South of the UK, however we’ll visit your home nationwide.

For the first six weeks, we’ll spend the time getting to know each other and creating a plan to meet your needs. This helps us make sure that you’re settling in properly, and that we’re doing everything we can to make you feel at home.

    What does this involve..

Regular reviews of how you’re getting on

    Writing a bespoke care plan

Adjusting anything that we need to for a better fit
